Yes, a 'Start Fee' or Deposit of 35% is required before the commencement of each project. An Invoice will be sent out via email after the acceptance of the 'Logo quote agreement'.
A secure payment can be made through PayPal or Directly into my bank account via electronic bank transfer. Once we’ve completed the logo design process and you have your brand new mind blowing logo. I’ll send a second invoice directly to your email for the remainder of outstanding payment.

Yes, a standard 50% deposit is required. On the Pricing / Packages page you can select the logo package that is right for you and make a secure payment through PayPal. Once we’ve completed the design process, I’ll send an invoice directly to your email for the second half of payment.
*Please note that a PayPal account is NOT required. On the checkout page you can simply click “Pay with a debit or credit card” and then input your information to complete the purchase.
I allow average 3-5 business days for delivery of the initial concepts. Revisions usually take about a day. The whole process generally takes 5 - 10 business days

So as you can imagine, unless you don't want your new logo to be a 'masterpiece' then it’s best to avoid rushing it's development. Budget is often the deciding factor when it comes to selecting a logo package. With 3 packages on the table, I try to accommodate as many businesses as possible.
It’s worth noting that while budget is a strong consideration, there are definitely other elements in play. For example, do you already have an idea of what you’d like your logo to look like? Some clients present their own ideas & sketches, in which case the basic package might be exactly what we need to bring your vision to life. On the other hand, if you enjoy a little more flexibility throughout the design stages, the standard or advanced package might make sense. Ultimately, your logo is an investment. With every upgrade in package, we’ll have more concepts to explore, and additional rounds of revisions to work with.

If you have a very specific adjustment in mind shoot me an email with your current logo + request, and I’ll be happy to offer the best price possible. Anything beyond that though and I tend to default to the basic package, which is geared for projects that begin to require creative design solutions.

A redraw is the development of a brand new concept. When dealing with creative solutions, there is always the chance of a slight disconnect between the vision of a designer and client. If the initial concepts don’t quite seem to strike a cord, we can gather as much feedback as possible, bounce new ideas, and return to the drawing board. While redraws involve the creation of a new concept, revisions consist of the refinement of an existing logo concept.
*Please note that a redraw can be used instead of a revision (not in addition to). For example, if a redraw is used while working within the standard package (3 revisions and 1 redraw available), this would result in 2 revisions being left.
Yes, of course we always recommend “Meeting in person” but if “Meeting in person” isn't possible, then we're always available for "Virtual Meetings”. We use Zoom and/or Skype Video on a daily bases to communicate with clients from all over the World. Email is our preferred method of communication but we’re also available to chat through the Instagram / Facebook Direct Message platforms. Also please feel free to call us over the phone at any time of the day to discuss any details or to ask any question.
